Welcome to Catford Mews, a brand new independent entertainment venue in Lewisham, South London. We are proud to be an accredited London Living Wage employer. With a strong focus on the local community, our three cinema screens are only a part of a wider offer which also includes a café, bar and five local food vendors, plus a community room and a live music space.
The name pays tribute to the original Catford Mews, which was closed years ago before a Poundland moved in.
From the early planning stages we had a few starting points which we don’t want to lose focus on – namely, to be truly inclusive; a cinema for Catford and the community; to offer an exciting programme; and to serve as a platform for local talent and entrepreneurs.

Wonderful place, great what they have done and brings new life to the catford centre. Very good for seeing movies or just catch up with someone. Movie prices are cheap but do get tickets early as rooms are half size of normal cinema and they sell out fast. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Visited for the first time yesterday and was so impressed! The foyer is very spacious with a cafe (delicious coffee), food outlets and plenty of seating.
The bar at the back is stylish and quirky, the perfect place to relax whilst waiting for your film to start!
Our film was in Screen 1. The seating and legroom are excellent. The only tiny thing I would change would be to have a handrail to assist any customers who need it. Apart from that, perfect!
All of the staff are friendly and helpful and I can't wait to return to this lovely venue!
Very comfortable cinema, lots of films, both popular recent releases and the more "hard to find". Food court and bar available to all, a spacious place for " social mingling". Very friendly helpful staff, very reasonable ticket prices. Membership gets reduction on ticket prices and cinema snacks as well as 4 free tickets. Day time showings reduced price for all. Go there - it's good!!
A great new spot in Catford. Comfy and new seats, lots of f&b options and a full bar. Went on opening weekend and they still have a few kinks to work out. However management asked our feedback proactively after the movie and I’m sure they will have them worked out in no time. Definitely will be back soon!
