Bradley came to clean my carpet last week and did an absolutely fantastic job! I was extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish.
He arrived exactly on time and was really friendly and polite and got the job done much faster than I thought, considering I had multiple stains on a light colored wool carpet. He explained the process to me really clearly and was very honest about the fact that It might be difficult to get certain stains out of a wool carpet as natural fibers are often much more tricky to stain. The results however were great and I was really happy with the end result. I think this is a great company and Bradley was second to none - I've had carpet cleaning work many times in the past but I wouldn't use anyone else from now on, I really do recommend Bradley and this company to anyone. It was also extremely good value for money, they really are fantastic!! 5 stars !!!
