TWIST STUDIOS was founded by Adam Double in 2009. Now operating across 3 studios in Forest Hill and Lewisham with 6 personal trainers, the client list includes many people who have been training with Twist from the outset.

TWIST STUDIOS combine the modern functionality of a fully equipped gym with the privacy and welcoming atmosphere of the home – no waiting to use equipment or fighting for space in our exclusive fitness studios!

One to one personal training with our fully qualified, experienced and popular personal trainers ensures your commitment to regular exercise and getting fit is both enjoyable and worthwhile. The many benefits of regular exercise include:

We have 2 trainers qualified in pre- and post-natal training. Babies and toddlers are also welcome to come along to your personal training session so no need for babysitters.

To compliment your personal training, Twist also offers classes including boxercise, masterclass, HIIT and a monthly 3 hour bootcamp.

Going on holiday or working away? You can keep up your personal training via Skype or WhatsApp video. From beach location to hotel room, we can keep your training on track! Ask Adam for details.
