Very professional. If I needed care again, I would go back. The staff was very thorough and caring.
All the staff that I met in the hospital is nothing but absolute wonderful. They treat you carefully and really helpful!
I had a positive experience in the DAU & labour unit for emergency appointment.
And later when I went to A&E for sprained ankle.
In for a suspected kidney stone. Was in house for a little over 3 hours. Was seen 5 times to gather samples and provide results.
Given it takes 2 hours or more for the blood test this seemed like excellent service.
Of course the tests were inconclusive but the service received was great
Excellent service from ENT department today. 85 year old mum was seen promptly prior appointment time by a professional kind registrar with a lovely manner. He clearly explained the problem and carried out the procedure whilst reassuring mum and answering our questions. NHS at its best, thank you
